Our design, application, and tooling engineers have over 80 years of experience in integrating the appropriate contract manufacturing capabilities to reduce tooling and piece part costs and lead times, effectively and economically bringing your design to life.
We offer a variety of methods for forming metal parts to add production value, including fiber optic and laser cutters, 58-station turret presses, and an all-inclusive structural processing center.
With 800 tons of stamping press force, press brakes that reach 485 tonnage, and maximum-length plate rolling and maximum-diameter tube bending, we have the metal forming capabilities to meet your growing capacity.
We have the expertise and resources to determine the most cost-effective welding method for your parts and assembly. We offer both automation and AWS-certified welding expertise with 17 welding robots and 155 manual welding cells.
Machining & Assembly
We offer a wide range of capabilities to meet your part machining and complex assembly needs. From horizontal and vertical milling to mechanical assemblies requiring multiple hardware components and insertions, our expertise delivers quality results.
Our finishing services include a comprehensive paint line system with multiple conveyorized liquid and powder batch options, including Military CARC capabilities. We offer both manual and automated capabilities, all of which enables one-pass primer and top coat applications.
